Track Your Order

Once your order has been placed and payment is confirmed, we will begin processing it for shipment. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. This email will include a tracking number and a direct link to track your package in real time.

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before your tracking information becomes active. In some cases, it may take up to 24 hours for the carrier’s system to update the tracking status after dispatch.

To track your order, simply click the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email. You can also copy your tracking number and enter it on the carrier’s official website for the most up-to-date delivery information.

If you have not received your shipping confirmation within 5 business days after placing your order, or if your tracking information shows any unexpected delays, please do not hesitate to contact us at gowngown@outlook.com. Include your order number in your message so we can investigate and respond to you as quickly as possible.
